    better mental content, generating good feelings or peaceful thoughts having no thoughts

    adopting a particular body posture

    holding onto thoughts or any other experience

    expecting a particular experience

    preferring one experience over another

    rejecting analyzing or commenting (much)

    meditation is

    knowing you are not the thinker

    agreeing with everything as it is

    aimless perceiving what happens as it happens

    seeing yourself trying to meditate and

    releasing  the effort

    in meditation there is

    space

    for everything to happen at the same time

    space inside meets space outside

    space is aware of itself

    perception unimpeded

    no perceiver   no meditator
